Delete your HouseShare account

In the app

In the app, open the House tab and tap Delete account (if you haven't joined a house yet, tap Delete account on the house set-up screen), then enter your password to confirm. Your account, profile, notifications and sign-in are deleted immediately, and you leave every house; a house you were the only member of is deleted with everything in it. Shared house records that other members still need (for example a bill you split) are kept for them with your name removed. If you can't use the app, email info@gaeldev.ie from the address you sign in with and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and the personal data linked to it, as described in the HouseShare privacy notice. Records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only as long as required.
