Common questions
Which files can I import?
Anki deck packages (.apkg) and collection packages (.colpkg). If an import fails, the app says why.
Does the app need the internet?
No. It works offline. The internet is only used if you sync with your own server.

When you contact us, please include:
- Your device and its operating system version
- The app version (shown in the store listing or the app's settings)
- What happened, and the steps to make it happen again
